Owens Construction, was incorporated in 1999 and is owned and operated by Thomas S. Owens. Mr. Owens has over 25 years of construction experience beginning in Kwajalein Atoll US ARMY BASE, Kazatstan on the US Embassy Building. Since that time, he has performed a variety of projects for:

• US State Department
• US Coast Guard
• State of North Carolina
• Private Projects
